/has been drawing ocs i kinda neglect lately
WHOOOO the fire is because she burns the oxygen with her fingertips/toes, and stuff. it doesn't burn her because that would suck if it did, and i'm not THAT mean to my ocs LOL.
she can't breathe fire (like from her mouth/throat) but she can make fire with her fingers, then blow it from her fingers. so yeah, in way she CAN, but.. can't xD

plus she's tiny and i wanted to show that (7 inches tall)
OH UM PERSONALITY. stuck up bitch, and likes to play with people, often in rude ways xD unless she really likes you.. she's stubborn as well.
